Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision to therapists and interns.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Valid Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPC, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
