**Job Title: ABA Clinical Supervisor** **Location: Hemet, CA** **Salary: $4,000 – $6,000/month**

We are seeking a dedicated ABA Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional behavioral therapy services. This role is vital in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and train ABA therapists and staff.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, or related field.
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
