Responsibilities:- Oversee clinical operations and staff management.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and supervise BCBA and RBT staff.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCBA certification required.
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
