**Job Title: Intensive Program Clinician I or II – New Horizons** **Location: Radford, VA** **Salary: $46,015 – $55,683 per year** Join our dedicated team at New Horizons, where we provide essential mental health services to our community. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Intensive Program Clinician to support individuals in their journey toward recovery. **Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records.

    • **Requirements:**

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Valid licensure in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
  • Experience in mental health settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
