Salary: $80 – $90 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated IIC Supervisor Therapist to join our team in Essex County. This role involves providing clinical supervision and support to a team of therapists while ensuring high-quality care for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor therapists in the IIC program.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Facilitate team meetings and case reviews.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
Requirements:
- Valid LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC license.
- Experience in clinical supervision.
