We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with diverse needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Provide training and support to staff and families.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations.
Requirements:
Current Nevada state license (LBA) and BCBA certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in applied behavior analysis preferred.
Salary: $60 – $100 per hour.
