**Job Title: Regional Director Board Certified Behavior Analyst** **Location: Kaufman, TX** **Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 per year** We are seeking a dedicated Regional Director Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our team in Kaufman, TX. This role involves overseeing behavioral programs and ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise BCBA staff across multiple locations.

Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.

Conduct staff training and professional development.

Collaborate with families and stakeholders to enhance client outcomes.

Requirements:

BCBA certification required.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

5+ years of experience in a leadership role.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
