**Job Title: Outpatient Therapist** **Location: Erie, PA** **Salary: $48,750 – $56,000 per year**We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team in Erie, PA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to clients in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
