Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New York City, covering Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, and Manhattan. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $90 an hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
  • Provide training and support to staff and families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
    • Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in applied behavior analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
