**Job Title: Clinical Director (LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1)**
**Location: Boston, MA**
**Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year**
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to lead our mental health and substance use treatment programs in Boston. The ideal candidate will provide clinical oversight, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a supportive environment for both staff and clients.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee clinical operations and staff supervision
Develop and implement treatment protocols
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Conduct staff training and development
Collaborate with community partners
**Requirements:**
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Current LICSW, LMHC, or LADC-1 license
5+ years of clinical experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
