**Job Title: Primary Therapist** **Location: West Palm Beach, FL** **Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust therapies as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
