**Responsibilities:**
Oversee and support the implementation of ABA programs.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff members.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to optimize client outcomes.
**Requirements:**
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
BCBA certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
**Salary:** From $65,000 a year.
