**Salary: $86,000 – $114,400 per year**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in Cary, NC. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality patient care and operational excellence within our facility.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
Manage budgets and resource allocation for the nursing department.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
**Requirements:**
Registered Nurse (RN) license in NC.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of nursing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
