**Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist & PTA** **Location: South Austin, TX** **Salary: $50 – $90 per hour**

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

Requirements:

• Valid TX PT or PTA license.
• Experience in home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
