**Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** Join our dedicated team in Battle Creek, MI, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for evening sessions from 4 PM to 7 PM. We are committed to providing exceptional behavioral support to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers.

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
