We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Home Health division in Oklahoma City, OK. This role offers a competitive salary of $78 – $80 per hour, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
Valid Physical Therapy license in Oklahoma.
Experience in home health preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
