**Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lusby, MD. This role offers a competitive salary of $85 – $100 per hour, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
  • Provide training and support to staff and families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

    • Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
