This role is essential in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need of mental health services.
Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Valid NJ state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
- Experience in outpatient therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
