**Job Title: Primary Therapist** **Location: Seymour, TN** **Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year** We are seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist to join our team in Seymour, TN. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to clients facing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
