We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lake in the Hills, IL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral services to clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
• Train and supervise staff and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
