**Job Title: Community Based Clinical Therapist, Multisystemic Therapy (MST)** **Location: Lafayette, IN** **Salary: $55,000 – $69,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated Community Based Clinical Therapist to join our team, specializing in Multisystemic Therapy (MST). This role focuses on providing intensive, family-centered therapy to youth and their families in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with schools, social services, and other community resources.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Valid state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
• Experience with MST or similar therapeutic approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
