**Job Title: School Based Therapist** **Location: Wood River, IL** **Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated School Based Therapist to join our team in Wood River, IL. This role focuses on providing mental health support to students in a school setting, fostering emotional well-being and academic success.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop intervention plans.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Valid Illinois license (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
