**Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Hybrid Position** Join our dynamic team in Mount Pleasant, MI, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Salary: $71,000.00 – $77,955.38 per year
