Job Description

Job Title: Clinician/Counselor

Location: Pittsfield, MA

Salary: $60,000 – $64,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Clinician/Counselor to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate support and guidance to clients facing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
