**Job Description: Full Time Registered Nurse – Relief Supervisor / Unit Leader (Third Shift)** Location: Scranton, PA Salary: $26 – $39 per hour We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse to serve as a Relief Supervisor/Unit Leader for our third shift team. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality patient care and effective unit operations during night hours.

Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing staff and patient care activities

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Assist in staff training and development

Manage patient assessments and care plans

Requirements:

Current RN license in PA

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

Leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
