We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid position in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to implement behavior intervention strategies.

Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
