Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Base Salary + Hourly Rate!

Location: Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff

Salary: $60,000 – $125,000 per year, plus hourly rate for additional services.
