Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Clearwater, FL Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Clearwater, FL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff.

Qualifications:
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
