Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Schaumburg, IL Salary: $75,000 – $105,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct supervision to RBTs and other staff

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Monitor and analyze client progress

Stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
