Job Title: BCBA® – Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Signing Bonus Location: Colorado Springs, CO Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 a year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA® to join our team in Colorado Springs. This role offers a competitive salary and a signing bonus!

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other staff.

Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
