We are seeking a dedicated Regional Director Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee our behavioral health programs in Kaufman, TX.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of behavior analysts and support staff.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans for clients.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Provide training and supervision to staff.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications:
BCBA certification required.
Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
