We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Clio, MI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Supervise and train behavior technicians and support staff.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
