Job Title: Therapist, Assertive Community Treatment Location: Lakewood, CO Salary: $57,000 – $77,200 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Lakewood, CO. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals with severe mental illness.

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
