Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Adult Population – Hybrid/Remote Location: Indianapolis, IN Salary: $48 – $53 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with the adult population in a hybrid/remote setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide training and support to staff and caregivers.

Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
