Job Title: Physical Therapist – Homecare Location: New York, NY Salary: $60 – $85 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our homecare team in New York. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility and overall quality of life.

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

    • Qualifications: Valid NY PT license, strong communication skills, and experience in homecare preferred.
