Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
