Job Title: BCBA® – Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Pueblo, CO Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA® to join our team in Pueblo, CO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other staff.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
  • Monitor and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
