Job Title: BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Concord, NC Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Concord, NC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision to RBTs and other staff.
  • Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
