Job Title: Full Time or Consistent PRN-Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Fort Worth, TX Salary: $42 – $60 an hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing facility in Fort Worth, TX. This position offers both full-time and consistent PRN opportunities.

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
