Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Philadelphia, PA Salary: $68,000 – $105,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

    • Qualifications: BCBA certification, strong communication skills, and experience in a clinical or educational setting.
