We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team in Clearlake. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment focused on patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
