Job Title: BCBA: In Home and Clinic Based Location: Colorado Springs, CO Salary: $70,000 – $77,000 a year

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Colorado Springs. This role involves providing in-home and clinic-based services to clients with developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective care.
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff.
