Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Springfield, PA Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 a year

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Springfield, PA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy and supervision to behavior technicians.
