Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Location: Moline, IL Salary: $50 – $56 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team in Moline, IL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention strategies.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers.

    • Qualifications: BCBA certification, strong communication skills, and experience in a clinical setting.
