Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Role Location: Colorado Springs, CO Salary: $78,000 – $85,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
