Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: South Shore, KY Salary: $45 – $49 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in South Shore, KY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
