Job Title: Physical Therapist (PRN Weekends – Home Health) Location: Atlanta, GA Salary: $65 – $120 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home health team on a PRN weekend basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications: Valid PT license in GA, strong communication skills, and experience in home health preferred.
