Job Title: Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Norwalk, CT Salary: Up to $58 an hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team in Norwalk, CT. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
