Job Title: Therapist LISW/PCC – School Services Location: West Carrollton City, OH Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Therapist (LISW/PCC) to provide mental health services in a school setting. The ideal candidate will support students’ emotional and behavioral needs through individual and group therapy. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Collaborate with educators and parents to support student success.

• Provide crisis intervention and support.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Qualifications:

Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC).

Experience in school-based mental health preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
