Job Title: Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Sr. BCBA) Location: Carrollton, TX Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Sr. BCBA) to join our team in Carrollton, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Monitor and evaluate client progress and program effectiveness.
